Easter Nails

Hey guys! I hope everyone had a fabulous Easter. Mine was fairly uneventful. Church, breakfast, brunch. My fiance and I actually didn't eat at the brunch as we were still full from breakfast. We did however....um....drink. Hey, it's a holiday right? Anywho....here's my nails from yesterday as well as a few others I found in on my computer that I don't think I've shared yet. Enjoy!

I love this color! It does go on sheer and kind of streaky though. But that doesn't stop me from loving it!

Well since my Easter mani is starting to chip, I better go figure out what color I want to wear next!

What's your favourite nail polish company?

I tend to flip flop between OPI, China Glaze and Essie. Really just depends on my mood. I've also been loving Revlon and Sally Hansen lately. I color their color selection and obviously the price is great! I like trying different brands too such as Nubar, Orly, etc.

Glitter or no glitter?

Glitter....always.

hmmm like I said it depends on my mood. I love Essie's neutral shades. I like CG glitters. And I like OPI's collections and color selection. It's hard to choose!

When do you change your nail polish?

Usually every other day. I just get board easily! 

Whats your favourite colour on your nails?

That's a tough one....but I'd have to say OPI Glitzerland.

Darks or Brights? 

Either. Just depends on my mood. I do think dark looks better with my natural skin tone though. Brights look good when I'm tan!

What are you wearing on your nails this moment?

Matte Nails- In or out?

I have a couple matte polishes but I always put a top coat on them. I just like a glossy look.

French Manicure?

Meh. I'll probably do one for my wedding but like I said, I like to change my color often and I would get board with a french quickly.

Favourite winter colour?
I noticed myself wearing Essie's "Carry On" from their fall collection a lot this winter. I also like China Glaze "Ruby Pumps" for a more festive situation.

Nails of the Day: Army Chic

Hey everyone! Sorry for the sporadic posts but I've been working weird hours and I've been getting back to my running routine. My dad and I are running in a race Thanksgiving morning. It's called the Turkey Trot (cute right?) and it's 5 miles (eek!) so I'm a little nervous since I haven't ran that far since high school. But since it's my first race since then I'm also just concentrating on finishing and not necessarily my time. Anyway.....here's my nails from yesterday. I forgot to take a picture, but on my ring finger I put one coat of
China Glaze "It's Alive" from their new Halloween collection. So just picture this mani with that on top. Trust me, it looked cool.

Hey guys! Hope everyone had a fun & safe 4th of July. I can't believe it's July already! In less than a month I will be here and here. I feel like I have so much to do before then. I'm such an over-packer but I'm going to try and make a list within the next week or so of what I need/want to take and TRY not to pack unnecessary items. I said TRY. Nails of the Day: Black & Blue

Hey guys! Just wanted to share this little manicure with you. I finally jumped on the shatter wagon and bought myself some of the OPI polishes - the black and the silver. I've been having so much fun experimenting with them and I want to get all the other colors. The other day I did a blue and black combo that I absolutely loved. I got so many compliments on this, I will be wearing again!

Getting into the St. Patrick's Day spirit a little early, I decided to paint my nails green. Green is my favorite color. It's so happy and I think it's a color that looks good on everyone. My green nails come courtesy of OPI's Jade is the New Black (here) from the Hong Kong collection. I love this color. It's a very nice, flattering shade of green. I will be wearing this again for St. Patrick's Day. I'm thinking about putting some gold glitter over top.

OPI Lucerne-tainly Look Marvelous

Sorry for the messy paint job. I spot a bit of glitter on my finger. I really like this color - great for fall. It reminds me of a cloudy fall day, which is exactly what we've been having lately. And it's super glittery. Well it's not really glitter, more foil-like. This is part of the Swiss collection, which is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I also have Glitzerland & Cuckoo for this color. Both are going to be great come holiday time. I still need to add Diva of Geneva, it looks sooo pretty. You can see them all swatched here.
