Ooops!....and a giveaway?!

Omigosh you guys! I didn't even realize I'd past the 1 year anniversary of my little blog. How could I forget?! At least I'm only a week late on this realization. I never thought I'd be able to keep a blog for 6 months let alone a whole year. So proud of myself. It really is something that means a lot to me, even though that sounds kind of weird. It's true though. I love all of my followers and the people that actually take time to read my blog. So thank you! I'm kind of been thinking about doing a little giveaway. I'm not sure yet what I'll be giving but hey, who doesn't love something for free?! It'll be kind of a one year anniversary/25 followers giveaway. Sooooo....this means that I need just ONE more follower for this to even happen. So tell all your friends, relatives, even your pets! Also: if you guys have any suggestions for a giveaway. Would you rather have a gift card? Or an actual gift? Or both?? Let me know in the comments and once I get that one last follower I'll put up more details and such.
Love you guys! Happy Hump Day!!

  1. Hi - I saw your comment on someone else's blog about how much you love Chicago. I was just wondering, why you think Chicago is so great? I live here and really want to get out so maybe it would help me to hear why you think it is so great.

  2. Well....there's the Magnificent Mile, need I say more?! Kidding. We were in the city for just 2 days but it seemed like there was just so much to do. It also felt like a "safe" city. I didn't feel the need to clutch to my purse for fear someone would snatch it. I'm sure there's crime, just like in every other city but I felt much safer walking around Chicago at night than I do in Cincinnati! As much as I love your city though I don't think I could handle the winters. We have it bad enough in Ohio, but I know it gets much worse up there! So maybe I'll just live there in the spring & fall? ;) I would really love to visit again since I felt we didn't get to see everything the city has to offer. I hope this helps you out a little bit but I guess there's also nothing wrong with exploring everything else that's out there!
